A private community golf cart trail takes you from your back yard to the adjoining Tabusintac Regional Golf Course.
The nearby private slip allows you to dip your boat, canoe or kayak into the meandering river.
Five minutes away is the new Tabusintac Marina, or, a ten minute drive will take you to Wishart
Point Wharf where you can enjoy
the comings and goings of the colourful local inshore lobster fishing vessels. A ten to twenty minute sail through the Tabusintac
Lagoon and you arrive at the outer beaches, beautiful, sandy islands, ideal to cool off in a very private manner on those
hot July and August days. Continue on into the outer Miramichi Bay
or the Northumberland Strait / Gulf of Saint Lawrence for some great mackerel and cod jigging.
If salmon or trout are your favourites, head up the Tabusintac to relax for the day while casting a line on one of
the cleanest rivers in New Brunswick.
If birdwatching is your thing, take the walking trails and wander around the bird sanctuary that encompasses the entire
lower stretch of the river. Hunting?….pick your pleasure only minutes away! Snowmobiling or ATVing your interest? The
trails are quite literally at your door.
All this and only minutes from some of the newest health care facilities in the province and all the shopping you will
ever need.
